A Veto CCG card illustration.

The torturer discusses the fate of a prisoner with army officer. A liitle tryout of more comicbook style, that I didnt do for ages. Also, the first thing I have painted in Procreate on iPad. That app rocks! (textures and a some minor tweaks done in photoshop afterwards)
